LESS SHOWING UP ONLINE FOR THE SAKE OF IT AND MORE MARKETING YOUR OWN WAY
-With Yours Truly
Simplification on this side of business never sounded so sweet.
And itβs entirely possible when you build a marketing strategy catered to you and your business goals that honors your season of life.
Letβs shift online marketing from being another obligation to an empowering opportunity.
You donβt have to fit into a modern marketing mold that doesnβt suit you or your business model.
You can choose to develop a strategy that encompasses your authenticity, capacity to create, and still keeps your audience moving toward your end goal.
Your marketing deserves its own runway.
Iβm Erica β Your Overly-Invested, Goal-Driven Marketing Strategist
I believe business owners can show up in inboxes and on socials to sell in simple and unique ways without raising their cortisol or sacrificing authenticity.
Through years of corporate leadership and hands-on marketing work, I saw first-hand how authentic connection impacts engagement, retention, and revenue.
In fact, I became so fascinated by the way communication influences behavior that I earned a degree in it.
(Iβve been told Iβm quite the conversationalist).
My Core Values
AUTHENTICITY
There is no one more qualified to speak about your work than you and your marketing strategy should reflect that.
PEOPLE
People over profit, always. That includes the people who work with you, for you, and those youβve yet to meet. Everything we do β personally and professionally β should embody that.
INTEGRITY
There is no room here for manipulation or shame-based tactics. I want to build honest strategy alongside service providers who genuinely care about the people they serve.
Speaking of authentic connectionβ¦ I donβt mean to sound forward, but I was hoping we could start ours.
Iβll go first:
The moral of my story is that you donβt have to lean into practices that donβt align with who you are and what youβre building just because someone else is doing it.
You can choose to create your own marketing lane.
ON MY DESK
A walking pad I swear by to get steps in as a WFHM, a weekly planner I use diligently, and a self-watering plant my husband got me to replace the one I forgot about
IN MY SPOTIFY MOST PLAYED
Ella Langley, Alex Warren, and Forrest Frank always grace the speakers on my car rides. You may unintentionally hear a Danny Go song (or two), courtesy of my toddler and his tasteful musical preferences.
ON THE DESSERT MENU
Jeniβs Gooey Buttercake Ice Cream β the best ingredients with the richest flavor (this is not a paid ad).
CURRENTLY BINGEING
I will always stay up late when Part 2 of a Bridgerton season drops β ISTG. I am also a sucker for reality TV, especially when theyβre handing out roses or developing a connection through a wall.
ON MY BUCKET LIST
A 2-week stay in Europe with my family and to speak in front of thousands (once I get past my stage fright). I want to build a legacy that allows for those freedoms.

βPartnering with Erica has been very much like having a close friend by my side. She takes the time to truly get to know both me and my business, supports my goals, and isnβt afraid to speak the truth and tell me what I need to hear to become a better business owner.β
